Rio Celeste Waterfall
We will hike to the world renowned Rio Celeste magical blue waterfall, nestled within the dense tropical rainforest of Tenorio Volcano National Park witnessing some of natures most awe inspiring wildlife and fauna.
With an experienced eco-tour guide, we will explore this diverse refuge for wildlife, where you can observe many rare animals including monkeys, sloths, tapirs, coatis, anteaters, toucans, and thousands of species of butterflies.
Cacao & Coffee

During our retreat, attendees will embark on an enriching journey at a family-owned farm near La Fortuna.
This immersive experience offers a deep dive into the world of coffee and chocolate production, highlighting the rich agricultural heritage of the region.
The tour begins with a guided walk through the plantation, where participants will observe the cultivation of coffee and cacao plants.
Knowledgeable guides will elucidate the intricate processes involved in nurturing these crops, from seedling to harvest. Attendees will gain insights into traditional farming methods and the significance of these crops in Costa Rican culture.
Following the plantation tour, guests will engage in hands-on demonstrations of coffee roasting and chocolate making.
You will have the opportunity to sample freshly brewed coffee and artisanal chocolate!
This interactive experience not only educates, but also allows attendees to appreciate the dedication and passion that goes into producing these beloved
crops.

We will enjoy locally sourced meals, prepared by talented chefs, with three nourishing meals daily, as well as special culturally immersive dining experiences, that celebrate the region’s vibrant flavors.

We have the privilege of staying at a beautiful luxury hot spring hotel at the base of the volcano, where hot springs are fed by natural geothermal waters, and every room enjoys the seclusion of a private terrace, with full or partial views of the majestic Arenal Volcano. Yolanda Lozano
Intuitive, Transformational Guide,
Sacred Space Creator, Sound Healer
Yolanda has been an integral spiritual guide in our community, and has been an inspiration in creating sacred space.
It is a great honor for her to share her spiritual gifts at this retreat.
Yolanda’s vision is to support the Awakening of our planet by encouraging people to live with purpose, and have a meaningful life. Her mission is to help individuals become grounded, so that they can navigate through their own issues in the present time, with practical guidance, and practices from the East, West, and Shamanic Paths.
The value she provides through a variety of healing practices includes healing sound sessions, intuitive readings, flower rituals at rivers and oceans, medical intuition, and practical whole living.
Yolanda will be offering a Flower Ceremony at the water, and guiding us through intentional mandala art, as well as sharing her love of sound healing.
Together, Yolanda and Isa will lead us on sound journeys, combined with therapeutic touch, and chakra balancing, as well as a cacao ceremony.

Isabel Matthes
Holistic Therapist
Isabel Matthes is a gifted alternative therapist whose presence at our retreat is truly a dream come true.
With a strong foundation in biomagnetism and therapeutic massage, she has been on a journey of continuous learning and self-improvement since 2012. Her expertise spans multiple healing modalities, allowing her to offer a truly holistic approach to wellness.
Her pursuit of excellence led her to specialize in Thai massage, first studying under Chilean expert Maribel Salazar and later advancing her skills at the DHARA school. In 2016, she founded her own healing space, "Alnilam," in Santiago, where she developed her unique style of integrative therapy.
Always eager to expand her knowledge, she trained in the Columna Vitae method in 2019 and furthered her studies in Zen Shiatsu and Chinese medicine in Chicago.
Beyond massage therapy, Isabel is also a Sound Therapist, offering both individual and group healing sessions. Her sound therapy education began in Chile, and continued with renowned teachers such as Miguel Ángel Moya and La Luna Medicina.
In addition to her therapeutic work, Isabel is a passionate educator, teaching chakra harmonization, and leading workshops on sound healing, and holistic wellness.
Whether through hands-on sessions or educational programs, she is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and helping others achieve balance and well-being.
